Valid Proof of Price

To qualify for a price match, customers must provide valid proof of the lower price offered by the competitor. Acceptable forms of proof include a current advertisement, a screenshot of the competitor's website displaying the lower price, or an official quote or invoice from the competitor.
 
Verification Process

Our team will verify the lower price and the competitor's eligibility to ensure compliance with our Price Match Guarantee policy.
 
Price Adjustment

If the price match request meets all the criteria outlined in this policy, The Dental Market will adjust the price of the product to match the competitor's price.
 
 
Exclusions

Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to the following:

  • Prices offered by unauthorized sellers or individuals on online marketplaces. (i.e. Amazon, eBay etc.)
  • Prices offered as part of liquidation sales, clearance sales, or closeout events.
  • Prices that are the result of typographical errors or inaccuracies.
  • Prices offered on products that are out of stock or unavailable for immediate purchase.
  • Products with short shelf life/expiration period (less than 1 year from intended date of purchase).
  • Products that are missing, or are not within original packaging.

The Dental Market reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Price Match Guarantee policy at any time without prior notice. Decisions regarding eligibility for price matches are at the sole discretion of The Dental Market and are final.
